Nogi Rash Vest

Once work got underway for the our Fight Shorts, it only seemed natural to work on a fight / surf, compression Rash Vest that compliments your shorts, and will continue to excel where others fall short.

A fight training staple that carries many of the benefits of our Fight Shorts. The ability to rebrand, co brand with sponsors, fight teams and gyms, using high quality materials that will keep up with you on your journey, and become one of your fight wear essentials.

Made from a UV, 4 way stretch thick elastane, this high quality, simply designed rash vest is perfect to wear with our 16″  Fight Shorts or with any of your other training gear. It features strong cross stitching and a longer curved hem with silicon strip to help keep it from riding up whilst training, with screen printed graphics to ensure they always look as they should.

After receiving the first round of samples, we we’re quite happy, but there was definite room for improvement. Our first sample was black dye sublimation printed on to a white garment, but with the stretching that this garment was going to endure over it’s lifetime, we feel screen printing white details on to a black garment will maintain its quality for longer.

As for the stitching, we pulled it from all angles, and we thought it needed 6-layer flat lock stitch so it can take anything you throw at it.

Once we had made some adjustment to material, stitching, and sizing, we were ready for a second round of samples.
